Chief Technical Officer
AIMS Sugar Hospital is looking for an experienced and skilled Hospital Administration Manager to run Sugar Hospital in Peshawar. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a deep understanding of all administrative hospital procedures, from creating work schedules and communicating with doctors to budgeting and maintaining supplies stock. The candidate will use his/her organizational and leadership skills to supervise employees and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily administrative operations
• Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
• Create quarterly and annual budgets
• Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
• Prepare work schedules
• Maintain organized medical and employee records
• Monitor administrative staff’s performance
• Train new employees
• Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
• Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff
• Resolve potential issues with patients
• Stay up to date with healthcare regulations
• Develop financial plans, schedule of new expenditures, annual budgets and business plans of Sugar Hospital and submit to the board for their review and approval.
• Ensure implementation of the decisions taken by the board and present the progress of implementation in its meetings.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders including the government departments, CEO and members of Board, other sister institutions of health department and private partners to achieve complementarities and avoid duplication.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Hospital Administration or similar role
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry
• Hands-on experience with database systems and MS Excel
• Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations of Pakistan
• Basic accounting skills
• Familiarity with medical transcription
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to supervise and train team members
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Qualification & Experience
Candidates having Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health Business Administration or relevant qualification along with 5 years of experience of working at senior management level in health sector. Experience of working in the public sector and managing international and corporate organizations will be an asset.

40 years and above

Terms of Reference – Information Technology Officer
Reports to: Program Manager
Location: Peshawar
Background:
Abaseen Institute of Medical Sciences – AIMS, a non for profit organisation registered in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, UK and USA to combat non communicable diseases (NCD) in Pakistan, requires the services of a Program Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
I.T officer main purpose is to maintain HMIS , computers networks ,manage and maintain WAN / LAN networks of the organization, should be able of installation and configuration of computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems. should be able to update website and social media plateforms
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage information technology and computer systems
- To plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- To design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- To ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replace parts as required
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Graduate in IT with minimum 3 years’ experience in IT field
- English and Urdu communication skills written and spoken.
- Good spoken & written URDU and English.

Sugar Hospital Registration Desk Officer / Cashier main purpose is to maintain patient’s record. Registration desk is the first station that welcomes the patients to the hospital. Following are the key responsibilities of Registration Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain proper patient record on HMIS and Quickbook
- Provide all relevant information to the patient that includes Lab services, Doctors profiles, Dental procedures, Eye care procedures. nutrition plans and nursing services with charges
- To provide quality patient care
- Trained in cash handling
